“He’s such a sweetheart, and I can’t imagine what he’s feeling right now,” the shelter wrote. Their hearts broke for the abandoned pup.

Though Moe-Moe’s body showed no severe injuries, the emotional wounds ran deep. At first, he was withdrawn. He wasn’t sure if he could trust the new people around him. But the shelter staff refused to let him feel alone.
